This is the second time I’ve scheduled an appointment online and upon arrival and already completing the online check-in, there are issues with communication from the front desk. I was not greeted on either occasion. I also had to go ask after waiting a considerable amount of time about making my copay. At both visits, several walk-in patients were called back even though I had a scheduled appointment. The first time this happened, I waited well over an hour in the waiting room. During yesterday’s visit I spent almost 2 hours in the waiting room with no communication from anyone. I have worked the desk at a doctor’s office before and felt a lack of concern when asking for an update. The provider and the MA were both wonderful, but those at the front didn’t appear to be interested in doing any more than they had to. Very frustrating to say the least as this seems to have become the trend over the last 2 visits.

The whole experience was quick and gave me a lot of reassurance for my daughter!! The staff from the front to the room and leaving were very kind and caring. The NP was very knowledgable and gave me the advice I was looking for!!

I booked an appointment early in the morning online and showed up to our apt time. Somehow I drove to the location but the staff were so friendly and worked us in. We only had to wait 30 before they called us back. The staff were all so friendly and the provider we saw was so nice and she took time to explain everything to us. I would definitely go back there if we can’t get into our PCP.

We are first time parents and her response and or body language to some of our questions made us feel like we were idiots. We dont know everything, that’s why we are there and asking questions.

Doc forgot to write nip# and his name on the prescription. So the pharmacy refused to fill the prescription. The urgent care was contacted, but they were closed. Lesson for us all to check for nip # on prescription.

I had injured my tailbone and was having lots of pain. I thought an X-ray might reveal if there was any major damage. The staff from the front desk to the radiologist to the physician were absolutely amazing and so helpful. Took their time with me to answer my questions. There was no fracture thankfully. The physician showed me a stretch I could do to alleviate pain when getting out of a chair. It works! He also made several modifications for my office to keep me standing more. We’ve implemented them all and I’m on my way to pain free healing! Thank you so much!

The wait takes a little while but honestly that’s to be expected when you’re at any hospital or clinic. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Always a very clean clinic. Only thing I would recommend is to turn the tv down in the lobby. When you’re ill and or having a headache all day the last thing you want to hear is the tv blaring. Thanks bunches ladies

These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !! Thank you for your service ❤️. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
