A special note for those bound for Downtown Cleveland:Downtown Cleveland is experiencing a level of investment and national attention that hasn’t been seen in years. As Downtown continues to grow, improvements are being made to our roads, bridges and public spaces. The way you come and go from Downtown may be changing, but don’t let changes stop you from enjoying all Cleveland has to offer.

Parking

Located in downtown Cleveland, Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse sits 1/4 mile from all major freeways. The Gateway East Garage and JACK Cleveland Casino Garage are two on-site garages that accommodate 3,300 cars.

Both garages are accessible and have multiple passenger elevators to access the venue at ground level while the Gateway East Garage has a connecting bridge that leads directly into the facility. The bridge can be accessed off Garage Level 3 from the elevators. Guests must have event tickets to enter the venue via the bridge. Other parking options include a variety of surface lots located within a five- to ten-minute walk of the FieldHouse.

Guests that have Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse specific parking passes (Cleveland Cavaliers, Cleveland Monsters or Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse Events) the Gateway East Garage will begin accepting parking three hours* prior to the start of the event.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Gateway East Garage has a limited number of designated spaces to accommodate vehicles with the appropriate international handicap access symbol. These spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited space (with a 9’6″ clearance) is available for vans in the East Garage.
• *When there is a dual event at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and Progressive Field (Cleveland Guardiansgame), the Gateway East Garage will ONLY accept parking passes purchased in advance.
